Short Doc Film—Hidden Stories: Foraged and Found

Over this past fall to winter, I made a 6-week long trip from Austin up the west coast in a van. While filming what was to be a short sequence/insert for another documentary, a new short documentary story appeared from the footage.

The concepts of Farm-to-Table and Local can vary from region to region, and in some cases could be a strong limitation depending on the circumstances; how does a restauranteur interpret this in today’s restaurant culture?

The short doc has been submitted to film festivals and is set to release sometime in 2025.
